Altura Trading Center is a 19 storied mixed residential and commercial building with an additional 3 storied underground parking garage, currently in development near Tirana’s Central Park. The building’s façade consists of a double façade with the first layer reflecting the internal organization of the apartments whilst the second layer comprising of a concrete grid that unifies different volumes.
