This multi-storey building in Tirana represents a contemporary approach to urban architecture where structure and form are developed in complete synergy. The dynamic façade, composed of triangular and inclined geometric elements, defines the building’s architectural identity while simultaneously acting as a load-bearing structural component.

The primary system consists of reinforced concrete flat slabs combined with shear walls and a spatial façade structure that provides additional stiffness and strength against wind and horizontal actions. This integration reduces the lateral demands on the central cores and enhances the overall structural stability of the building.

The façade system contributes not only to the structural behavior but also to environmental performance—controlling daylight, improving thermal comfort, and creating a distinctive visual rhythm. Its sculpted geometry translates the building’s structural logic into an expressive architectural form.
